聚丙烯塔填料表面亲水化研究
HYDROPHILIZATION OF POLYPROPYLENE TOWER PACKINGS
【摘要】 本文从理论上对聚丙烯填料的憎水性及其改善途径进行了探讨;用气相与液相化学法对填料表面进行改性处理。在φ500mm冷模试验塔内的传质对比试验表明,填料表面经化学法处理后,传质效率可提高20%以上。
【Abstract】 The hydrophobicity and its improvement of polypropylene tower packings are investigated theoretically. The surface of the packings is modified by chemical process in gas phase or liquid phase. The comparision experiment of masstransfer upon water-air-ammonia system in a 500mm diameter tower Shows that the mass-transfer efficiency of the packings modified by chemical methods (?)n be increased by more than 20%.
