球形填料的设计与性能研究

【摘要】 在分析现有塔填料优缺点的基础上,设计并制造出一种新型颗粒填料——Φ38球形Ⅰ号填料,并采用配有电子计算机进行采样、分析、数据处理的装置,测试了其流体力学和传质性能。试验结果证明球形Ⅰ号填料的流体力学性能虽欠佳,但其传质性能优良,本文提出了填料设计的指导思想,指出填料开发工作应以提高填料传质性能为基本出发点。

【Abstract】 A new type of particulate packing——38mm ball packing of No. Ⅰ was designed and manufactured based on the advantages and disadvantages of existing tower packings. The hydrodynamic characteristic and mass transfer performance of the packing were measured with a computer aided system which carried out sampling,analizing and processing data. The experimental results show that the mass transfer performance is quite well,though the hydrodynamic characteristic is not good. This paper presents the design guide of packing which established that the starting point of developing the packings should be to improve the mass-transfer performance。
