高温小直径固定床传热特性的研究
STUDY ON HEAT TRANSFER IN FIXED BEDS OF SMALL DIAMETER AT HIGH TEMPERATURE
【摘要】 根据实验数据,提出了计算小直径固定床的有效导热系数λer和壁传热系数αw的三种方法。 实验结果指出λeλ和αw与Rep·Pr呈线性关系,其斜率取决于dp/dt。由实验还可得到:在较高温度下,床层的平均温度对线性关联式的截距的影响更显著。
【Abstract】 Three methods are derived for calculating the effective thermal conductivity λor and the wall heat transfer coefficient αw of fixed bed of small diameter from experimental data. The experimental results for λor and αw are correlated as linear functions of Repo. Pr, the slopes of which dopend on (dp/ds). It is also shown that at higher temperature, the influence of average temperrature of the bed on the intercepts of these linear correlations are considerable.
