FIA法测定湿法磷酸工艺过程中物料的磷含量

【摘要】 本文报导了使用FIA法(Flow Injection Analysis)测定湿法磷酸工艺过程中物料的磷含量。该法是选用钼酸铵和钒酸铵混合液为磷的显色剂,0.48 molL-1盐酸溶液为载流,对磷矿酸解所得的酸解液和萃取过程中萃余液(水相)等溶液中磷的含量,均可用此法测定。其含磷量在0~500mgl-1的范围内能得到满意的结果。

【Abstract】 A method of FIA(Flow Injection Analysis) employed to measure the phosphorus content in the technological process of numid-phosphorue acid has been described in this paper. This mixture of ammonium molybdate and ammonium vanadate is served as a developer and a solution 0.48 molL-1 hydrochloric acid as the carrier steam, in the method, which has been applied to the acid-solution and the extracted residual solution. The content of phosphorus ranging from 0 to 500rag/1 is able to be determined with satisfied results, which can be printed out directely directly by a computer. The datas obtained from the method are in agreement with those from the neutral titration.
