聚烯烃胶粘剂的研究(Ⅰ)——氯化聚丙烯-丙烯酸(酯)接枝共聚胶粘剂的制备及其粘接性能
STUDIES ON POLYEOLEFIN ADHESIVES (Ⅰ)——Synthesis and Adhesion of Graft Copolymer of Chlorinated Polypropylene with Acrylic Acid (acrylates)
【摘要】 本文报导了以丙烯酸及其酯对氯化聚丙烯粘剂进行接枝改性的工作;氯化聚丙烯—丙酸酸、氯化聚丙烯—丙烯酸丁酯,氯化聚丙烯甲基丙烯酸丁酯接枝共聚胶粘剂的合成,及其对聚丙烯—聚丙烯、聚丙烯—钢、聚丙烯—铝、钢—钢铝—铝的粘接性能。
【Abstract】 Adhesives for bonding polyeolefins with good adhesion are pred. by modifying chlorinate polypropylene with acrylic acid oracrylates in Ph Me solvents, in the presence of radical initiators. For example, 100g chlorinated poly propylene (30—40%cl)was mixed with 1.2~1.5g acrylic acid in phme, in the pr esence of peroxide initiators for 3h at 110℃ Polypropylene specimens were coated with the modified chlorinated polypropylene adhesive, allow to stand for 5—10 min. , and pressed togather. The adhesive was handened at 120℃ for 1.5h, and had shear strength 35~36 kg/cm.
