大型水轮机叶片数控加工的曲面建模研究
Surface Representation and Surface Fairing for NC Machining of Large Size Hydraulic Turbine Blade
【摘要】 本文研究水轮机叶片曲面数控加工的曲面建模及建模时的光顺问题,针对能量法在光顺曲线和曲面网格中的应用,提出了一种决定权因子的简便、有效方法,并给出了具体应用说明。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with surface representation and surface fairing for NC machining of large size hydraulic turbine blade. The application of the theory of strain energy to fairing curves and surfaces is discussed. A method for determining the factor is presented. Examples both of fairing curves and of fairing a mesh of curves on the surface are given.
