统计尺寸公差的设计方法
A Design Method for Statistical Dimensional Tolerance
【摘要】 本文主要论述统计尺寸公差设计的一般方法和规则,所采用的方法有:多重卷积法、离散法、误差传递法、折合为均匀分布的简化算法以及标准简化算法。这些方法适用于快速设计和计算机设计,与传统设计不同,设计结果应与给定的分布要求相对应。
【Abstract】 Problems encountered in the design of the statistical dimensional tolerance, such as the conversion of statistical parameters of distribution, the quantitative calculation of the tolerance of the statistical component link and statistical closing link, and the finding of a simple design method in consistence with distribution requirements, are discussed. Such methods as multiple convolution, discrete approximation, etc. are presented. These methods are suitable for a design to be performed on a computer and partially for quick design in practice.The work reported is part of a preliminary investigation in connection with the preparation of Chinese standards on the statistical tolerance.
