【摘要】 本文报告胃微小癌的病理形态特征。在10例胃手术切除标本中,4例检出微小胃癌。共发现微小癌灶15个,多分布于小弯侧胃窦部或胃体部,呈多中心性生长;组织学类型为高分化管状腺癌,印戒细胞癌,混合型癌。文中对其组织发生进行了简要的讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 15 gastric microcancerous lesions were detected in 10 resected gastric specimens. The histopathology of gastric microcancerous foci was described in detail. All of the cancerous foci are multiple and located in the antrum and/or the body of the gastric lesser curvature. Among them there were 6 microcancerous foci of tubular adenocarcinama, 3 of Signetring cell carcinoma and 6 mixed type. all of which are intramucosa. Based on these observations, the histogenesis of early gastric cancer was discussed in brief.更多还原
