+Gx作用下的心肺反应
Gardiovascular and Pulmonary Reactions to +Gx
【摘要】 航天员在宇宙飞行上升和返回过程中,会遇到胸—背向超重作用(+Gx)。为了解这种类型的动力学因素对人体心肺功能的影响,我们进行了24名18~23岁健康男性,在背角为12°条件下承受了持续时间为60秒的+4Gx、+6Gx、+8Gx 和+10Gx 的胸—背向超重作用实验。实验记录的生理指标有心电、血压、心振动图、呼吸和闭合气量。对观察到的心血管反应差异和肺功能的改变进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,三种不同的心血管反应类型,反映了植物神经系统调节的不同类型,+Gx 作用时的肺功能变化与肺部气血分离现象的发生有密切关系。
【Abstract】 Chest-back acceleration(+Gx)is often encountered by astronauts during launchand reentry.In order to Study effects of this type of dynamic factor on humancardiovascular and Pulmonary functions,24 healthy young males,aged 18—24,wereexposed to +4Gx,+6Gx,+8Gx and +10Gx for 60 sec on a human centrifuge witha back angle of 12.ECG,blood Pressure,Vibrocardiogram,respiration and closingvolume were recorded during the experiment.The observed difference in cardiovascu-lar reactions between the subjects and changes of pulmonary function under+Gx stresswere analyzed and discussed.The results showed that three types of cardiovascularreactions reflected different types of autonomic nervous regulation,and that the changeof Pulmonary function might be closely related to separation of blood from gasin the lungs.
