长江口及舟山附近海水中碳水化合物的分布特征

【摘要】 测得长江口及舟山附近海水中可溶态碳水化合物(DCHO)的浓度范围为142—22μg/L,颗粒态碳水化合物(PCHO)为42.9—71.5μg/L。其分布除表层DCHO有所不同外,其余各层的碳水化合物的分布均与叶绿素a相似,表明与生物量有直接关系。PCHO和叶绿素a的浓度在调查海区的东北处有较高值,表明可能是受长江水输入的影响。 在研究DCHO和PCHO的周日变化寸发现,在表层水中DCHO最大值在19:30,较晚于PCHO(15:30),而叶绿素a的高值在8:00和20:00。文章讨论了变化原因,同时也讨论了DCHO/PCHO和PCHO/叶绿素a的比值变化情况。

【Abstract】 The distribution and diurnal variation of carbohydrates in sea water near the estuary of the Changjiang River and the Zhoushan Archipelagoes were studied in Oct. 1985. The concentration of dissolved carbohydrate (DCHO) ranged 142-222 μg/L, and that of particula-te carbohydrate (PCHO) ranged 42.9-71.5μg/L, close to the values found in inshore sea water elsewhere. Their distribution, with the exception of the DCHO of surface water, were similar to the distribution of Chlorophyll-a in which there is a tendency of decreasing from near the shore to the open sea, indicating that probably DCHO and PCHO were mainly from the phytoplakton. In the area investigated the concentration of both PCHO and Chlorophyll-a were higher in the northeastern corner, showing the possible influence of the Changjiang River. Diurnal variation of DCHO and PCHO at one station showed maximum values in the afternoon, DCHO at 19:30 and PCHO at 15:30. For Chlorophyll-a, the maximum values occurred at 8:00 and 20:00.
