【摘要】 <正> LAK效应细胞(LAK-e)表达T细胞表型,已无争议。但其前身细胞(LAK-P)是属于淋巴细胞群体中T细胞、B细胞、NK细胞及“秃”细胞(null cells)等的哪一个或哪几个,仍众说纷纭。已见报道的均系采用体外清除或保留某一特定细胞群的方法得出的结果。我们设想,着眼于整体水平进行研究和分析,避免人为干预淋巴细胞的分化成熟,回避表面标志与淋巴细胞分化阶段和功更多还原

【Abstract】 Spleen cells obtained from various types of congenital immunodeficient mice (Xid/Y, nu/Xid/Y, nu/nu, bg/bg, and bg/nu) and phenotypically normal mice (+/nu and +/bg)of NIH/Ⅱ or 615. B6/PBI origin were incubated with recombinant human interleukin 2 for 4 days, then tested for cytotoxicity against NK-resistant tumor targets. The results demonstrated that the precursors of LAK cells consist of functionally heterogeneous non-B cells populations including T cells and NK cells.更多还原
