【摘要】 本文介绍了3月龄雄性大白鼠口服抗衰灵90天后,用放射免疫法测定给药组和空白对照组大鼠胸腺、脾脏内cAMP的含量。结果服药组胸腺,脾脏内cAMP含量均较对照组明显增加(P<0.001)。实验表明,抗衰灵有提高大白鼠胸腺和脾脏cAMP含量的作用。提示抗衰灵对免疫功能及稳定机体内环境有一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of Kangshuailing on the contents of cAMP in the thymus and the spleen of 3-month old Wistar male rats were assayed by means of protein conjugation technique. The results showed that the content of cAMP in the rats taking Kangshuailing for 90 days was significantly higher than that of the controls(P<0.001). It is suggested that Kangshuailing is beneficial for the immune function and homeostasis of the rats.更多还原
