【摘要】 本文应用电镜观察的14例流行性出血热(EHF)尿细胞标本中,11例(78%)有明显超微病变,其中9例(64%)尿细胞中的单核细胞或巨噬细胞的胞浆中出现特殊类型的包涵体。另2例(14%)单细胞核周间隙有成群的泡状病毒样颗粒,与我们过去在EHF脏器标本见到的基本一致。结合临床做尿细胞检查有助于本病的早期诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Speciments from urine cells of 14 cases with EHF were observed by electron microscope. Ultrastructureal pathological changes were obviously identified in 11 cases (78%). In cytoplasm of monocyte or macrophage of urine cells, inclusion body of particular type were appeared in 9 cases (64%). In addition, between nucleus circular in monocyte, bubble shape virus-like particles in groups were identified in 2 cases(14%). It is similar to speciments of various organs from EHF human-body. Examination of EHF urine cells contribute to early clinical diagnosis for this disease.更多还原
