【摘要】 本文对102例恶性梗阻性黄疸病人术前准备与术后处理进行了分析,结果表明,恶性梗阻性黄疸病人术后并发症和死亡率与术前准备、术后处理有密切关系,与术前血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血胆红素、尿素氮、白细胞等因素有明显相关。我们提出术前做PTCD、改善营养状态、改善肝肾功能、以及正确应用静脉补液和抗炎,能够减少术后的并发症和死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Preparations before operation and managements after operation were analyzed in 102 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice. The results showed that complications and mortality in these patients are closely relation to preparations before operation and managements after operation, and to factors before operation such as hemoglobin, serum albumin, bilirubin, blood urea nitrogen, blood white cell. We advocated that it is possible to reduce complications and mortality if care is taken to improve nourishment in the body and function of liver and kidney, to make PTCD and correct use of intravenous antibiotics and transfusions.更多还原
