盐酸小檗胺对小白鼠脑缺血作用的研究
Study on the Effect of Berbamine on Cerebroischemia in Mice
【摘要】 盐酸小檗胺静注和腹腔注射都可延长小白鼠两侧颈总动脉结扎后的生存时间,其作用与静注维拉帕米类似。小檗胺使正常小白鼠的全身耗氧量减少,且有剂量依赖性,也与维拉帕米作用类似。
【Abstract】 The results showed that berbamine significantly prolonged survival time in mice treated by ligation of bilateral carotid arteries and the oxygen consumption in normal mice was decreased by the drug. The action of the drug is similar to verapamil.
