【Abstract】 Transmission and scanning EM findings of a patient with adult T-cell leukemia (ATL) are reported and the mechanism of the disease is discussed, The multiformal changes in the cell nuclei were prominent. Intranuclear and intracytoplasmic inclusions could be found.The authors believe that EM observation is valuable for the diagnosis of ATL.更多还原
