【Abstract】 The production of IL-2 from splenocytes of P615 mice was declined significantly. In P615 mice injected with Ecco-18 virus three times, IL-2 produced from the splenocytes was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.005). The increment of IL-2 activity in the splenocyte supernatants of P615 mice injected once with Ecco-18 virus was not significant (P>0.05). In our study, the peak level of IL-2 was observed when the splenocytes incubated with Con A in the concentration of 1×10 cells/ml for 24 hours.更多还原
