【Abstract】 This paper presented the experience of 22 cases undergone CPB.There were 14 females and 8 males with the age ranging from 8 to 44 years.Of these 22 patients,6 were diagnosed with ASD,6 with VSD.5 with RHD,3 with F3,2 with P.S and 1 with F4 and the another one with forein body of the heart.There was no surgical derth in this series.The authors considered that the clues to decreased mortality of CPB was sufficient myocardial p- rotection the cardiac arrest and resuscitation under the condition of lower load of the ve- ntricles and correct continued therapy after operation.更多还原
