【摘要】 以原子吸收光谱仪检测血清锌值,检查对象均为4—12月龄健康婴儿,正常出生体重婴儿组62例血清锌值为62.4μg/dl～139.33μg/dl(为第10百分位数～第90百分位数),低出生体重婴儿组48例,除5例高于第90百分位数外,其余44例均在上述正常值范围内。结合文献复习,讨论了血锌值及发锌值的实用价值,认为血锌值应以百分位法取正常值,发锌值不可靠,锌缺乏症诊断似过宽,应引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum zinc levels of 62 normal infants were measured by Atomic-absorption-spectrum from 4 to 12 months old.Because of the skew distribution of the valuee showing by our data percentile method rather than standard deviation method was utilized for the deter- mination of upper and lower limits.The normal range was suggested to be from 62.4～ 139.33μg/dl (10～90 percentile). 48 low-birth-weight infants with Sdme age were also measured and the results show- ed no signlficant difference. since the hair zinc value was affected by many enviromental factors its diagnostic va- lue was uncertain.At the present time the diagnostic criteria of zinc dificiency seems to be loose.More attention needed to be given.更多还原
