【摘要】 本文分别用热水、含尿素的冷碱和热碱溶液从毛柄金钱菌子实体中提纯得三种组分Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ。均为葡聚糖大分子,其分子量分别为87万、84万和60万。红外及酶解结果间接表明它们的连接键主要为β-糖苷键,紫外及其他定性分析提示它们几乎不含蛋白质。抗肿瘤活性实验结果:组分Ⅰ对小鼠植入S₁₈₀实体瘤的生长具有明显的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three polysaccharidei I, II, III in the fruit body of Flammulina Valutipe, were extracted and purified succesively by hot water, cold and hot sodium hydroxide solution containing urea. Results of the study showed that three polysaecharides were β-glucan without any protein, their molecular weight were 8.7×10~5, 8.4×10~5, 6. 0×10~5 respectively. The polysaccharide fration I had evident inhibition on growth of Sarcoma 180 solid tumor-implanted in Kunming mice.更多还原
