【Abstract】 Anordrin (2a, l7a-diethynyl-A-nor-5a-androstane, 2β, 17β-diol dipionate) is one of the widely used effective oral steroidal contraceptives. it consists of two epimers (α and β), α-epimer is an effective component and β-epimer is an ineffective one. Therefore, a sensitive and accurative method for separation and determination is required.A reversed-phase HPLC is described in this paper, and epimers can be separated on ODS Reverse-Phase Column with methanol and water (85:15) as mobile phase and detected by UV detector at 200nm, this is a simple and accurate method.更多还原
