【摘要】 本文介绍一种快速、简便的血浆中甘露醇浓度比色测定法。血浆样品用三氯醋酸沉淀蛋白,上请液中的甘露醇加入高碘酸钠氧化成甲醛,再加入Nash 试剂显色,在血浆药浓0.25～2.0mg/ml范围内标准曲线有良好的线性度(r=0.9991),方法回收率为90.7～100.7％。应用本法测定了37例手术病人血浆内甘露醇浓度,从其中17例得到血药消除半衰期平均为2.93小时。更多还原

【Abstract】 A colorimetric assay for mannitol con-centrations in plasma has been developed.The plasma sample was deproteinized byaddition of trichloroacetic acid solution.The supernatant was used for the determi-nation of mannitol. The mannitol wasoxidized to formaldehyde by acidic perio-date,the excess periodate was reduced withsodium thiosulfate, and the formaldehydewas determined by addition of Nash reagent.The analytical recovery was 90.7-100.7%.This method was used for the determinationof mannitol concentrations in human plas-ma during and after the transurethralresection of the prostate using mannitolsolution as an irrigating fluid. The resultsshowed that mannitol elimination half livesfrom plasma were different in 17 cases andthat the mean t_1/2 was 2.93h.更多还原
