钩端螺旋体外膜免疫生物学特性的研究
STUDIES ON IMMUNOBIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF OUTER ENVELOPE OF LEPTOSPIRES
【摘要】 作者采用改良钩体外腹提取法,提取五株钩体外膜均获成功。电镜观察发现五株钩体外膜超微结构层数存在明显差别。豚鼠保护力试验证实赖型017株外膜对同型强毒株攻击具有明显的保护作用。SDS-PAGE和免疫印迹分析表明017株外膜蛋白具有良好的抗原性。017株和601株外膜蛋白电泳图谱及兔抗血清交叉识别图谱虽非常相似,但存在明显差别。
【Abstract】 The modified method for preparing theouter envelope of leptospires was used suc-cessfully for the isolation of the outer en-velopes of five leptospiral strains (L.inter-rogans serovar Lai strain 017 and 601, L.heb-domadis strain 245, L.biflexa strain patoc Ⅰand Leptonema illini strain 3055). With thetransmission electron microscopy, obviousdifferences were noted in the number ofmembrane-layer or the isolated outer enve-lopes. The immunological protective testconfirmed that the outer envelope of scrovarLai strain o17 had significant protective po-tency against challenge of the homologoushigh virulent strain.SDS-PAGE and immu-noblotting analysis demonstrated that itsproteins possessed antigenicity. The outerenvelope protein profiles and cross-recogni-zation by rabbit antisera were very similarbetween strain o17 and strain 601, but someobvious differences were found simultan-eously.
