【Abstract】 The solitary aspergillus brain absoessis rare. Two cases are reported in this ar-ticle. The patients were examined by CTscan preoperatively. After operation thediagnosis were verified pathologically.The infection in one case occurred in theimmunocompromised host. The route of in-fection in the other was otogenous. Thesetwo patients were followed up. One casestill survived and the other died. The pos-sibility of aspergillus brain abscess inimmunocompromised patient is emphasizedby the authors.更多还原
