【摘要】 作者应用 Chestac-25 F 电子肺量计,对240例健康成人(16～80岁)20项肺功能指标作了系统的测定,取得了不同性别、不同年龄组各项测值的均值、标准差及其中9项主要测值的正常预计值公式,并探讨了性别、年龄、体重与肺功能测值的相互关系,所得的结果可供临床试用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty items of pulmonary functionindexes (VC, IC, ERV, FRC, RV, TLC,RV/TLC, FVC, FEV₁, FEV₁%, MMEF,V_E, MBC, BR, PEF, V₇₅, V₅₀,V₂₅,V₅₀/V₂₅, and D_LCO_SB) have been measuredby the Chestac-25 F electronic spirometerin 240 cases （aged 16-80） of healthy adults.The mean values of each index and thestandard deviations （SD） of variant groupsof sex and age heve been obtained. Thenormal predictive equations of 9 main in-dexes in pulmonary function test have alsobeen determined through computer. Before measurement, the Chestac-25 Felectronic spirometer which we used forthe tests, had been checked with Godartspirometer （Holland） and Discom-14 elec-tronic spirometer （Japan） in 40 cases ofpulmonary diseases synchronously in orderto standardize the instrument. The resultsindicated that the values of the pulmonaryfunction test showed no siganificant differ-ences among these three spirometers. So,we think that the normal values and pre-dictive equations of the pulmonary func-tion test presented in this paper arereliable and can be used in the clinicalpractice.更多还原
