【摘要】 作者在50具成年男尸上,观测了100例腘动脉及其分支。腘动脉的外径介于3.1～6.2mm之间;平均长度为160.0±14.5mm,其中介于145.0～174.0mm之间者占74％。据膝中动脉的支数分为五型,以1～2支者常见。据腘动脉终端分支的位置分为两型,其中常位分支多见,占96.0％;按终端分支情况分为四型,以腓胫后干多见,占94.0％。并对腘动脉、腘静脉、胫神经的位置关系和腘动脉的体表投影进行了观测。更多还原

【Abstract】 The popliteal artery and its brancheshave been studied on both sides of 50 Chi-nese adult male cadavers. The chief resultsare: 1.The average external diameters of the100 popliteal arteries at their origin, ter-mination,and the articular line of the kneejoint are 4.9±1.2 mm, 3.9±1.1 mm and 4.4±1.2 mm respectively. Their average lengthis 160.0±14.5mm;the majority of them(74.0%)ranging between 145.0 and 174.0mm.2. According to the number of the middlegenicular arteries in each knee, they fallinto five types. Type Ⅰ (36.0%) and type Ⅱ(34.0%)are more common. 3. According tothe level of bifurcation the popliteal arte-ries are classified into two types. Type Ⅱis much more frequently seen (96.0%). Thepattern of branching of the popliteal arte-ries fall into four types, of which the firsttype is the most prevailing pattern (94.0%).4.The inter-relationships of the poplitealvessels and the tibial nerves within thepopliteal fossa are examined and showedin a diagram. 5.
