苯并-15-冠-5和二苯并-18-冠-6萃取分离铟(III)的研究
Study on Extraction of Indium (Ⅲ) by Benzo-15-Crown-5 and Dibenzo-18-Crown-6
【摘要】 <正> 苯并-15-冠-5(B-15-C-5)和二苯并-18-冠-6(DB-18-C-6)应用于金属离子的萃取分离已有许多报道,但In3+电荷数高、离子半径小、水合能较大,因此很难用B-15-C-5和DB-18-C-6萃取,有关这方面的工作迄今未见报道. 本文用斜率法、饱和法以及通过与萃合物相对应的冠醚配合物品体的制备及其性质研究,探讨了In3+的萃取机理,测定并计算了表观萃取平衡常数K′ex.将此萃取体系应用于In3+和某些金属离子的萃取分离,亦获得较好的结果.
【Abstract】 The percentage extraction of indium (Ⅲ) by 1, 2-dichloroethane can be greatly increased by the addition of benzo-15-crown-5 or dibenzo-18-crown-6 in the presence of NaBr, KBr or KI. The concentration conditional extraction equilibriun constants K’ex were calculated and they follow the following sequence K’ex[K(B-15-C-5)m’, InI4]>K’ex[K (B-15-C-5)m InBr4]>K’ex[K(DB-18-C-6) InBr4]>K’ex[Na(B-15-C-5)InBr4]>K’ex[Na(DB-18-C-6) InBr4] (m’=1.8, m=1.5). Based on the investigation of the characteristics of extractable species and crystal complexes of crown ether corresponding to extracted complexes, an explanation was proposed. The effect of other ions in the extraction systems has been examined. The result illustrates a selective extraction for indium (Ⅲ).
