硬脂酸镉多层LB膜的低角X射线衍射
Small Angle Diffraction of Cadmium Stearate LB Film
【摘要】 在简易水槽上辅展了硬脂酸镉的单分子层,用Langmuir-Blodgett技术把这单分子层沉积在玻璃基片表面制得了LB多层膜。用X射线衍射法在宽角衍射的低角区研究了这硬脂酸镉多层LB膜的周期结构,在2θ为0.8°~23°范围内观察到了硬脂酸镉25层LB膜多达13个布拉格衍射峰。由此计算了该LB膜的等同周期和膜厚,并用模型计算了衍射峰强度,得到了与实验结果一致的衍射峰强度奇偶起伏现象。
【Abstract】 Period structure of cadmium stearate Langmuir-Blodgett film has been investigated by means of the small angle X-ray diffraction. 13 Bragg diffraction peaks are observed for 29 layers Cd stearate LB film in the angle range of 2θ=0.8°—23°, indicating that the LB film obtained with the simplified trough has a regular structure. The phenomenon that the intensities from the even—order diffraction peaks weaker than those from the neighboring odd-order peaks are well explained by the model calculation.
