【摘要】 本研究测量分析了成都市部分幼儿园279名正常乳牙颌儿童的牙弓长度、宽度及牙弓弧长,计算了乳牙冠/牙弓宽度指数、乳牙弓弧长与乳牙冠总宽之差、乳牙弓弧长与恒牙5-|-5牙冠总宽的差及恒尖牙间宽与乳尖牙间宽之差值。结果表明乳牙期牙弓的生长处于相对稳定的状态、乳牙弓中存在间隙、乳牙弓弧长内足以容纳10个后继恒牙。这充分说明只要加强预防保健工作,保护乳牙的牙数、牙体完整从而保持牙弓长度、宽度、牙弓弧长,对于预防牙颌畸形的发生是极为重要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,the deciduous dental arch widths,lengths and circumferencesof 279 normal children have been measured and analyzed in some kindergartensof Chengdu.The calculation has been made for the index number of the crownand arch width;for the difference between the deciduous dental arch lengthand total width of crowns;for the difference between the arch circumferenceand total width of following permanent teeth(5+5);for the different valueof permanent intercuspids intervals and primary intercuspids ones.The resultindicates that the primary dental arch develops relatively constantly and hasinterdental spaces in the deciduous dental arch.The deciduous dental arch islong enough to accommodate ten succeeding permanent teeth.These show fullythat protection of deciduous tooth number and integrity to maintain the archlength,width and circumference is very important in prevention of malocclusion.更多还原
