【Abstract】 The study of the levels of IL-2 production and lymphocyte transformation ofPB MC of 32 patients with esophageal carcinoma and 30 healthy donors was reportedin the article. The results showed that the levels of IL-2 production and lymphocytetransformation in the PBMC, of the patients which were stimulated by PHA invitro were significantly lower than those in the healthy donors (P<0.001).
