【摘要】 本文报告单用乙双吗啉治疗89例晚期恶性肿瘤,总有效率(CR+PR+MR)为37.08%(33/89例)。特效和显效率(CR+PR)为15.73%,中位缓解期13周,对恶性淋巴瘤有较好疗效。乙双吗啉为口服胶囊剂型,化疗指数高,毒性小,有胃肠不适和轻度白细胞下降,两周多可恢复,故是一种应用安全和使用方便的抗肿瘤新药。更多还原

【Abstract】 89 patients with advanced carcinoma were treated with bimolane in our hos-pital. The remission rate was 15.73% (14/89 cases). The overall response rate was37.08%(33/89 cases). The median duration of remission was 13 weeks. IT was ra-ther effective to lymphosacoma. Bimolane can be used safely and conveniently with low toxicity and high che-motherapeutic index, and it can be administered orally. Gastrointestinal upsets andmild leukopenia are the main side effects of this drug.更多还原
