【Abstract】 The monoclonal anti-human colorectal carcinoma antibody was prepared in Balb/c mice by intraperitoneal injection of 3E4 hybridoma cell strain and then labeled by 125I with lodogen solid-phase catalytic method. The optiumm labeling conditions which included pH of PBS,temperature,time and concentration of protein and Iodogen, were determined. They were 7.4, 30℃, 10 min 3.4g/L and 2g/L respectively.The labeled antibody can be applied in clinical diagnosis,prognosis and monitoring therapeutic efficiency更多还原
