【Abstract】 Skin or musculocutaneous flaps transplantation for one-stage repair were performed on 10 patients with infectious wound. One patient had free flap and 9 pedicled flap. These infectious wounds located in the extremities or jaw-cervical regions and appeared as chronic ulcer in 2, electric burn in 6,crush injury in 2. Bacteriological study of these wounds showed staphylococcus aureus in 5, pseudomonas aeruginosa in 3, bacillus coli in 1 and the remaining one not being cultured. All flaps survived and healed in one-stage except that one had a necrosis about 2 cm in diameter in the distal legion. The patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months. All had good apperaance and 7 even had satisfactory function.更多还原
