【摘要】 本文测定了50例甲状腺功能(ET)正常,50例甲状腺功能亢进和46例甲状腺功能低下病人血清CPK、LDH及γGT水平。结果甲低组CPK水平明显高于正常组和甲亢组,甲亢组γGT水平明显高于正常组,LDH水平3组间均无明显差别。对甲亢和甲低病人前述3种血清酶变化的患病率、来源及其临床意义进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seum creatine phosphokinase (CPK),lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and γ-glutamy ltranspeptidase(γ-GT) were determined in 50 euthyroidlc, 50 hyperthyroidic and 46 hypothyroidic subjects. The mean level of CPK in hypothyroidism was significantly higher than that in euthyroid and hyperthyroidism,and the mean γ-GT in hyperthy-roidism was significantly higher than that in euthyroid. There was no difference in LDH levels among these thres groups. The prevalence, source and clinical signig-icance of adove-mentioned three serum enzymes in hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism were discussed, it showed no diagnostic value.更多还原
