【Abstract】 Sixty two otherwise healthy subjects, 8 patients with iron deficiency anemia and 35 patients with acute leukemia (7 in remission and 28 in active stage) were examined by photoacoustic spectrogram. In normal persons, there were 4 distinct characteristic absorption peaks at various regions, the peak at 4200μm (A) being the largest. All the 4 peaks in photoacoustic spectrogram in patients of acute leukemia were lower than those of normal persons and iron deficiency anemia with variations according to the clinical picture in remission or aggravation. It might be useful in diagnosis and prognosis and is a recommendable mass screening technic.更多还原
