【摘要】 本文通过盲性研究对30例脑损害患者行HRB(A)-RC及WAJS-RC和WMS测验,结果表明HRB(A)-RC测验结果与临床定性诊断符合率为93.3％,定位诊断符合率为50％。IQ和MQ降低,阳性率分别为76.7％和81.5％,病情越重其值越低。作者认为三种测验对脑损害的诊断优于一般临床检查,且三种测验同时进行优于单一测验。更多还原

【Abstract】 A single blind study of the diagnostic value of combined testing of Halstead-Reitan Battery-Revised in China (HRB(A)-RC), Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Revised in China (WAIS-RC) and Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS) was carried out in 30 patients with brain damage. Results showed that 93.3% of positive rate and 50% of located diagnosis of HRB (A) -RC testing were in concordance with the clinical diagnosis. Intelligence Quotient (I. Q. ) and Memory Quotient(M. Q. ) decreased in all patients, and the positive rate was 76.7% and 81.5% respectively. It is indicated that the more serious the brain damages were, the more the I. Q. and M. Q. decreased. The matched data of three tests increased the diagnostic rate to 96.7% for qualitative analysis of brain damages, and to 73.3% for located analysis. Accordingly the abnormal CT scan, the abnormal EE findings and cerebral angiography of these patients were 86.2, 70.8 and 50%, respectively. It is suggested that the three neuropsychological testing for the diagnosis of brain damages is more sensitive than any of clinical diagnostic methods in common use and the positive rate is higher in combination.更多还原
