【Abstract】 The effect of peritoneal immunization of BCG-phenol extract (BCG-PE) into mice was studied and compared with the living and heat-killed BCG. The results showed that BCG-PE increased the number of peritoneal cells and peritoneal macrophages with their shape altered, enhanced the acid phosphatase, lysozyme of peritoneal macrophages, serum lysozyme level, and the phagoytosis and bactericidal effect.更多还原
