青少年运动员血清肌酸激酶同工酶活性的研究

【摘要】 32名青少年运动员血清肌酸激酶同工活性测定表明,常态训练使各项肌酸激酶活性增高,相对无负荷(停训练)与常态负荷(训练期)的各项同工酶差异有显著性。本实验可为进行科学训练、合理安排运动量提供依据。

【Abstract】 The activities of serum creatine kinase (CK: EC 2.7.3.2.) isoenzymes (CK-MM, -MB, -BB) in 32 juvenile athletes (boy 16,girl 16; age ranging from 14 to 17) was measured. During untraining the CK-MM, CK-MB, CK-BB mean values were 49.7±18.8, 3.5±2.0, 3.7±2.2 (X±SD, IU/L) respectively, and during training (after 3 month training) the values were 101, 9±28.8, 7.3±5.1, 6.6±2.4 respectively, but CK-MB/CK ratio was not changed. There was a significant difference between the data during untraining and training period statistically. It is considered that the data of serum creatine kinase isoenzymes in sportsman might be helpful in evaluating the amount of exercise.
