【Abstract】 The RBC-G6PD dificiency gene frequency in 930(including 513 males) less than seven-yean-old children of Han nationality in Changsha was screened by improved fluorescent spot test. Seven male propositi were found with a gene frequency of 0.0136, the calculated female heteroozgous and homozygous frequency should be 2.69+ % and 0.0186 respectively.更多还原
