应用14C示踪法测定人参的光合速率

【摘要】 人参光合速率是研究人参光合生理特性的重要依据。本研究测得人参光饱和强度为10—20klx,适宜光照强度为6—20klx,参棚适宜透光率为25%,蓝膜的光合效率高。

【Abstract】 The photosynthetic rate is of importance for studying photosynthetic physiological characters of Panax ginseng. The 14C radioactive tracer method provides an advanced means for rapid measuring photosynthetic rate of plants. It was measured that light saturate point in Panax ginseng was 10-20 klx, suitable intensity of illumination was 7-20 klx, suitable light penetrating rate was 25%, the photosynthetie efficiency was highest under the blue film.
