薄膜1/4波片的设计和制作
DESIGN AND PREPARATION OF QUARTER WAVE PLATE
【摘要】 本文报导了稜镜型1/4波片的设计和制备方法.在全反射条件下,用单层或多层电介质薄膜与稜镜匹配,可以实现单波长或宽波段的1/4波片.为了证实设计,给出单层膜的实验结果.
【Abstract】 The method of designing and preparing a quarter wave plate is introduced. Under the condition of total reflection can be achievd a quarter wave plate in single waveleugth or wide wave length by means of matching a prism with a single layer or multilayer dielectic thin film. The design is confirmed by the experimental result in single layer.
