光学活性姜烯类倍半萜的合成及其抗生育活性的探索
Synthesis of optical active sesquiterpenes and the exploration of their antifertility effect
【摘要】 本文描述了具有光学活性的姜烯类倍半萜化合物——(-)姜烯、(-)姜烯醇和(-)β-倍半水芹烯的合成。讨论了2-甲基6-(3-乙酰基-环丁-2-烯基-1)-2-庚烯的结构。药理初筛结果表明都具有一定的抗生育活性,其中(-)姜烯的抗生育活性令人满意。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of three sesquiterpenes——(-) zingiberene(Ⅰ), (-) zingiberenol(Ⅱ) and(-)β-sesquiphellandrene (Ⅲ) is described. The structure of by-product 2-methyl-6-(3-acetyl-2-cyclobut-2-enyl-1)-2-heptene(Ⅴ) is determined. The preliminary pharmacological data indicate that (-)zingiberene has obvious antifertility effect.
