用边界元法计算标定标准紧凑拉伸与三点弯曲试样的电位场

【摘要】 <正> 引言 电位法是测定裂纹起始与扩展的有效方法,在高温、腐蚀性环境中的裂纹测试方面得到了广泛应用。电位法的使用首先取决于对输出电压-裂纹长度关系的准确标定。而边界元法具有精度高、使用简便等优点,尤其对求解导体电传导这类满足Laplecc方程的问题非常有效。本文采用边界元法,目的在于给出准确的输出电压—裂纹长度标定结果。文中对标准紧凑拉抻与三点弯曲试样的电位场进行了计算标定,并给出了电位回归计算公式。

【Abstract】 In this pacer the boundary element method is used to analyse the elpctrjeal potential of standard compact tension (CT) and three point bending (TPB) specimens.The best location for potential deteetion points is determined,The regression formulas of potential as the funetion of erack length are obtained.Beeause the variables are dime isionless,the a(?)w -2VBσ/1 calibration results are universally apolicabie for the crack detection of standard CT and TPB specimens of various homogeneous materials with various sizes.The nmderi al results calculated by means of boundary element method are very identical with the results of electric simulated test and series solut ion.This shows that the numerical analyses are accurate and reliable.
