【Abstract】 First of all, the foreground of developing airship in ourcountry is illustrated. Then, the main difficulty--lack of helium, for theairship development is discussed. Consequently, a new scheme of structural design about hydrogen-airship is given, taking advantage of over helium-airship and avoiding accurence of burn-exploding.
