【Abstract】 After exposed to fluorine at. concentrations of 5.6μgF/m3 and 12. 6μgF /m3 8 hours a day for 9 days,there was no visible injury observed on. wheat seedling leaves. Apparent photosynthesis (AP) of the wheat seedling leaves increased after 24 or 48 hours exposure to 5.6μgF/m3 continuously but decreased if the exposure period lasted longer. The AP decreased from the very beginning of the exposure when the fluorine concentration was 12.6μgF/m8. The content of free sugar(CFS) of the leaves-and roots decreased in all cases of exposure. The recoveries of AP and CFS occurred 48 hours after the exposure, especially for those exposed to 5.6 μgF/m3 fluorine.更多还原
