【摘要】 本文研究了甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯(HEMA)辐射聚合的各种反应条件,如辐照剂量、剂量率、温度及气氛对产品性能的影响,并与化学引发聚合进行对照。结果表明:辐射法工艺简单易控制,材料质纯并有好的光学性能及透气性。用本法合成的材料是制作较接触镜及药物慢释放基质的理想材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 The radiation-polymerization of hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) was described, including conditions of radiation-polymerization, such as irradiation dose, dose rate and atmosphere of irradiation. The experimental results showed that radiation-polymerization is simpler and easier to control than chemical methods. The hydrogels prepared by radiation-polymerization have good optical property and oxygen permeability. The materials are suitable for making soft contact lens and drug release matrix.更多还原
