用核反应法测定a-Si1-xCx:H膜中的硼含量
Determination of boron in a-Si1-xCx:H film with nuclear reaction analysis
【摘要】 本文讨论了用共振核反应11B（p,a）aa（Ep=700keV）测定太阳电池材料a-Si1-xCx:H膜中硼含量的方法。文中描述了标准样品的制备和标准曲线的测量,并对实验中存在的误差作了讨论。
【Abstract】 With resonance nuclear reaction 11B(p,a)aa(Ep = 700keV), the determination of boron content in a-Si1-xCx:H(x=0.2) film of solar cells has been investigated. Preparation of standard samples and measurement of the calibration curve are described. Particular aspects of the data treatment are discussed.
