湖泊沉积物—水界面采样装置的研制
A SAMPLING DEVICE FOR COLLECTING SAMPLES NEAR THE LACUSTRINE SEDlMENTS-WATER BODY BOUNDARY
【摘要】 湖泊沉积物中富集的污染物潜育着水体二次污染的危险.为评价上述潜在危害、必须了解污染物自沉积物中产生再迁移的速率和通量,因而必须完好地采集湖泊沉积物—水界面附近的样品.本采样装置包括取样器、起吊架及分样台.取样器采用自重下垂和脱销密闭封顶的原理制成.本取样器可改变三级配重和两种内径的采样管.对75m深水湖泊完整地采集到约30—90cm深的沉积物柱及10—30cm的底层水柱样品.沉积物分样精度可达0.1cm.整个装置重量轻、可拆卸、便于野外运输、操作方便.
【Abstract】 The pollutants concentrated in lacustrine sediments involve a potential bar-mfulness of secondary contaminating water bodies. In order to evaluate,the above potential harmfulness, it is necessary to have an idea about the regeneration rate and flux of the pollutants from the sediments. Therefore, collecting samples near the boundary between lacustrine sediments and water body becomes very important. The device includes a sampler, a hanger and a sample separation plate. The sampler is made according to the principle of sinking down by its self-weight and closing and sealing by loosing the pin. The sampler has 3 grades of weights and 2 sampling tubes with different inner diameters. For lakes up to 75 meters deep it can collect a sample column with a 30-90 cm thick portion of sediments and a 10-30 cm thick portion of bottom water. The precision of sample separation can be as good as 0 . 1 cm. The whole device is rather light, easy to be disassembled, convenient for transportation in field and simple to operate.
