【摘要】 城市环境战略研究,是对城市环境质量现状及其发展趋势进行宏观控制的战略设想,对城市总体规划、城市建设与发展、城市环境管理等综合部门的科学决策有着重要意义.本文针对成都市的环境背景条件和城市性质与功能等具体情况,对当前城市生态环境特点和主要环境质量问题进行了比较全面、系统的分析,特别是对地表水、地下水、大气、固体废弃物、交通噪声等环境要素的环境质量现状作出了简要评述,并对今后的发展趋势提出初步看法,指出了成都市当前环境问题的严重性和急待进行宏观控制的迫切性.在此基础上,作者对该市环境污染防治和改善环境质量的对策,提出了自己的意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 The strategic study of urban environments should be a strategic idea about how to control macroscopically the environmental quality and its development tendency in urban areas. Thus, it is of great significance for the comprehensive and scientific decisions regarding the overall plan, construction and development, and the environmental management in cities.In view of the concrete situation of the environmental background and the features as well as the function of Chengdu City, this paper gives a relatively comprehensive and systematic analysis on its present characteristics of ecological environment and the major problems of environmental quality. In particular, the authors provide a brief commentary on the current environmental quality in the city, concerning the surface and ground water, atmosphere, solid wastes, noise of communication and other environmental factors. A preliminary view about the development tendency of the environmental quality in the near future is also described, and the seriousness of the current environmental problems and the urgency of the macroscopic control are pointed out. Based on the above, the authors present a countermeasure to deal with the prevention and control of the environmental pollution and the improvement of the environmental quality in Chengdu City.更多还原
