喷射精炼过程炉衬侵蚀模拟研究(一)——炉衬所受剪切应力分布的实验研究

【摘要】 为研究喷射精炼过程炉衬侵蚀机理,本文在水模型中用电化学和计算机快速在线测量技术研究了底吹,顶底复吹转炉沿炉底和炉壁的剪切应力分布。实验发现在喷嘴附近,随离喷嘴距离的增加,炉底的时均剪切应力迅速减小.增加喷嘴数目,可使炉底所受的剪切应力趋于平均,这样有利于延长炉衬寿命。熔池深度增加,可使剪切应力减小。随时均剪切应力增大,剪切应力的脉动也增大。实验还发现随离炉底向上距离的增加,炉壁上部所受的剪切应力急剧增大。当4个喷嘴在0.6R 位置、2个喷嘴在0.3R 位置成矩形布置时,4个0.6R 喷嘴喷出的气体使靠近熔池上部炉壁所受剪切应力十分大,这将使靠近喷嘴最近的炉壁处受到严重侵蚀,这生产已被实践所证实。

【Abstract】 The shear stress distribution on the bottom and wall of the furnace in the bottom blown or combined blown process has been studied by use of elec- trochcmical and on--line measurement technics in a water model,for the purpose of investigating the crosen mechanism of furnace lining in the gas injection refining process.Experiments show that the time mean value of shear stress near the nozzle decreases rapidly with the distance from the nozzle.The shear stress on the bottom surface of the vessel can be smoothed by increasing the number of nozzles,which is in favour of lining life.The shear streess can be decreased by increasing the liquid depth.It has also been found in experimets that the shcar stress on the upper part of the vessel wall drastically increases with the distance from the vessel bottom. When the nozzles are rectangularly arranged at the bottom with 4 nozzles at 0.61R,and 2 nozzles at 0.3R,the shear stress acted on the upper part of the furnace wall near the outside nozzles will be significantly large.The refra- ctory wear of the vessel wall near the outside nozzles would be serious,as is proved in the practice.
